Established in 1988, Granit Chartered Architects has over 300 completed residential projects to date.
Our principal aim is to consider each project individually, carefully assessing our clients’ needs and the space available for designing thoughtful homes and spaces. As far as possible we design solutions that minimise the environmental impact of our buildings, both in new build and refurbishment schemes.
We offer a personal service as architects, designing homes, advising with property finding, pre-contract feasibility studies, landscaping, interior design and furnishing. We work with a team of other professionals and contractors picked to suit each project.
With our CAD facilities and our proven technical and professional skills, we aim to offer our clients quality, innovation and reliability.
We have a diverse workload, including residential projects in London and Southern UK, the USA and Argentina, France and Spain. Also commercial refurbishment and fitting out projects, specialised industrial premises, nurseries and academic libraries.
We offer in-house computer aided design and full 3D visualisations.
