CAD Architects are a friendly team of talented people who have a huge wealth of expertise in the design and delivery of building projects throughout Cornwall and further afield.

We are passionate about architectural excellence and understand the added value of good design. We are pragmatic and pride ourselves in our ability to secure planning approvals, use our knowledge of construction technology to construct efficient and sustainable buildings and work with Contractors and Clients
to deliver projects.

This broad experience invariably ensures we are a well-rounded and balanced practice and ultimately this is hugely beneficial and cost-effective to our Clients.

Whilst Architecture remains our core business we have sought to add value to our services and can now offer, Project Safety, Civil Engineering, Interior Design and Graphic Design. These can be offered as additional services or as stand alone commissions.
