Blue Architects is a small family practice based in Surrey and established in 2003. Emphasis is placed on providing a quality bespoke service with individual client attention and a choice of modular services which enable our customers to select the level of work required whether that be initial design, local authority consents, project management or a complete end to end service.
We specialise in residential architecture so whether you want an extension, loft conversion, apartment building or brand new house we can provide the services you need.
Blue Architects has experience in a wide range of disciplines including, design, project management, local authority consents, interior design and party wall awards. We provide an individual and personal service. We are committed to making the process comprehensible and straightforward for clients. We pride ourselves on fostering excellent working relationships with our clients whether they be individuals or commercial developers.
We work across the South of England and deal regularly with the following Local Authorities/Planning Teams:- Woking Borough Council, Waverley Borough Council, Runnymede Borough Council, Elmbridge Borough Council, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Guildford Borough Council, Rushmoor, Hart, Plymouth City Council, Canterbury City Council. We have also worked with the London Boroughs of Westminster, Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, Southwark and Kingston. We are always happy to cover any area and if required forge links with other authorities.
We have a strong IT focus utilising the latest technology to provide computerised 3D models of projects and electronic drawing packages.
The practice Blue Architects is a Chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and all the architects are registered with the Architects Registration Bureau (ARB).
