Our housing projects include new build housing projects ranging from one-off design led house extensions, to small scale housing infill projects and larger developments incorporating several different residential blocks. On such schemes we are aware of commercial viabilities and the need to understand but maximise development opportunities and density guidelines. We also understand the need to incorporate the varying requirements of Housing Associations. Although we understand that you have in-house Planning expertise, we have established relationships with a number of Local Authorities as a result of the projects we have worked on. Alongside this, we value the design process and consider each project an opportunity to produce contextual, well -considered and good quality buildings.
As part of the development team, LBF have helped in the evolution and growth of clients such as Higgins Homes and Stanford Management Group, CCRS (University of London), Tiger Management, City Screens, and Heritage Leisure to produce both an individual approach and a successful corporate identity where appropriate.
