By applying a sensitive understanding of the local surroundings, we utilise the best ecological and environmental practice from initial planning stages through to project completion.

In addition FDC exploits modern technologies which are environmentally friendly, including the use of electronic communications and shared project workspaces where ever possible as an alternative to travel and paper based communication.

Although we retain and encourage freehand sketching we use AutoCAD allowing us to collaborate with other organisations and integrate with systems as and when required. In addition we use the National Building Specification and the Green Building Specification system supported by a reqularly updated product and technical library.
