Stenton Obhi Architects LLP is a new, dynamic Architectural Design practice set up by the former Milton Keynes Council (Architecture MK) Principal Architect, Nick Stenton, and a former Senior Architect of the same organisation, Kulvinder Obhi. Over the last 7 years the two partners have been responsible for designing and project managing over £25million of new build work in and around Milton Keynes.

Projects -

Oakgrove Secondary School & Leisure Centre (£12.5m), opened in October 2005. Forms part of the Oakgrove Millennium Community and was built in under 12 months using timber prefabrication techniques. Designed to achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating and included super insulation, rainwater harvesting, solar collectors, and one of the largest ground source heat pump installations in Europe.

Peartree Bridge Centre for Age Concern. New Administration and Day Centre for Milton Keynes, due for completion in January 2006.

Lord Grey Secondary School Extension (£1.5). 11 classroom extension, opened in September 2005.

Middleton Primary School (£3m), opened in September 2004. 420 place School forming part of the Oakgrove Millennium Community.

Broughton Primary School, completed in July 2004. Timber framed 420 place school.

Haddenham Fire Station Extension, providing a new training facility for Bucks & Milton Keynes Fire Authority.

Walton High Secondary School (£4.7m). Final phase providing a 4 storey teaching block, sports hall, dining room and music/drama studios.

Monkston Combined School (£2m). 480 place school, includes a sedum ‘Green’, roof system.

Newport Pagnell High Street Refurbishment. Three phase scheme for conservation area, involving traffic calming and designing a more pedestrian friendly environment.

Howe Park First School, Emerson Valley. School design, is based upon the highly successful Merebrook scheme that featured in The Times Educational Supplement.

Merebrook First School. 240 place school on North Furzton.
