Experience has been gained in the design and coordination of various project types on both “Traditional” and “Design and Build” project procurement methods.
All projects are led and controlled by a director which results in an efficient direct liaison at any time with a senior member of the Practice.
At the very beginning of the project the following will be agreed with the client:

Clients are professionally led through the entire procurement process from feasibility study, to preparation of detail designs, applications for Town Planning and Building Regulation approvals, to obtaining tenders for the building works and administration of the building contract on site.
