Lawray were appointed to take this new residential development project from planning stage through to detailed design and construction (RIBA stages E,F & G) with site supervision from stages K-L. Our role involves the following: -
• Preparation of block setting-out plans and elevations
• Plot Legal Conveyance Plans
• Compilation of building Manuals
• Obtaining SAP Ratings
• Co-ordinating with our marketing consultants in the supplying of sales and marketing literature
• Co-ordinating and vetting the designs of specialist manufacturer's and other Consultants
• Submit 'Secured By Design' application for the Housing Association units and liase with the Police Architectural Liason Officer

The project consists of 142 new units in total, of which 102 are Open Market Redrow House types and the other 40 are
Housing Association (HA) units for Taff Housing Association. Various HA units have been incorporated onto the site, including: 4.2.1s, 5.3.1s, 5.3.2s, 7.4.1s, Coach Houses and 2 HA apartment blocks.

All the above HA units comply with current DQR standards, Lifetimes homes and meet Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes
