Chatsworth House

The comprehensive refurbishment of a 1970s building in the Town Centre of Maidenhead has seen the design development of the façade presented with staggered stone veneered panels fitted within a curtain walling system. The building entrance is extended together with a new fourth floor addition.
Achieving Planning Permission in November 2006, the project is soon to go out to Tender with a proposed completion in October 2007.
Interior works include complete refurbishment to bring the building up to date to match market expectation with new M&E plant and services and the addition of new unisex WCs.
